Application

Applications must include:

  • Personal Statement

  • Three letters of recommendation (At least one academic and one supervisory)

  • Copy of transcript from University Graduate School and/or New York State License

  • Personal Resume
  • Candidate’s Psychotherapist Evaluation Form  (Appendix 2A&2B)
  • $25 nonrefundable processing fee (Will be applied to tuition)

Applications are accepted on a rolling admissions basis through the month of August. Classes begin in September, the day after Labor Day. Applications are screened by our executive committee and applicants are interviewed by administration and faculty. Once accepted into the program, candidates and administration both sign a Letter of Agreement (Appendix 3).
